 The listener can be more alert while listening, and may paraphrase whatever they heard, to

understand whether the meaning of the message has been understood by them. They can also ask

questions to the speaker to clarify all doubts. Besides they should be aware about not jumping to

conclusion but listening to the message uninterruptedly.

 An effective way to remove barriers in communication, wherever it occurs, is developing a strong
