7.3.3 LC Filter
The LC circuit, made of the series of an inductor and a capacitor, is an ideal
network, because it does not consider the unavoidable energy dissipation due to
resistance. The resistors are usually present in any network, because their func-
tion is to limit or control the amount of owing current. Even when no resistor is
utilized, the resistance of the network is provided in any event by the resistance of
