Chapter 1 discussed the importance of information that is of high quality to a business. From this it was determined that the data that underlies the information must also be of good quality. In this chapter we investigate further the issues surrounding data quality. We look at the completeness and correctness dimensions of data quality and how to bring about an improvement in data quality.
