Appendix C Problem management standard operating procedures template
This template provides the content for a problem management process flow and standard operating procedures (SOPs) document. It is a basic problem management workflow and is not meant to be used ‘as-is’. Specific SOP content and structure will vary by organization and the template should be modified accordingly. Each major activity in the workflow consists of numbered tasks that are tied to the work instructions within the SOP. In this workflow, the problem manager and problem queue manager are different roles.
