Summary
This chapter built on the Entity Framework coverage of our previous chapter, and taught you how to expose your Entity Data Model (EDM) as services using two flexible Windows Communication Foundation technologies: WCF Data Services and WCF RIA Services.
We began by exploring the protocols underlying WCF Data Services, including Representational State Transfer (REST) and Open Data Protocol (OData). You learned about the OData URI query syntax, and how they expose resource-based services over your EDM.
