It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Getting to Know SQL Azure Data Sync
SQL Azure Data Sync (Data Sync) is a new synchronization service built on top of the Microsoft Sync Services Framework. Data Sync is part of the Azure family of services and is available to Windows Azure subscribers. It is capable of performing synchronizations in a variety of scenarios including SQL Azure to SQL Azure, SQL Azure to SQL Server, or SQL Server to SQL Azure.
