PROJECT TECHNOLOGY AND TRADITIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

AS WE HAVE SEEN, moving along the uncertainty dimension is associated mainly with the way technical problems are resolved. It affects the number of design cycles, the time committed to design changes, the need to build prototypes, the extent of testing, and the frequency and complexity of trade-off decisions. Each of these concerns may have an impact on traditional project management, as shown in table 4.
