If you have Sage 50 2015 or newer, you can use Sage Drive to access your data out of the office. If you're playing a round on your favourite golf course, with Sage apps you can still check whether a customer has paid their invoice, add new customer details, or view your price lists. In this chapter I give a brief introduction to the different apps available with Sage 50 Accounts 2015 using Sage Drive.
With the addition of any of these apps, you can improve the mobile capability of your accounting software. Never again are you constrained to your desktop. Now you can really do all your work remotely: You can work from home, you can have remote meetings with your accountant, and you can finalise sales orders and produce invoices out on the road.
Setting up Sage Drive
Sage Drive harnesses cloud technology to let you access your accounts remotely. With Sage Drive you can connect multiple users to your Sage 50 software, access your accounts data using Sage 50 Accounts Tracker via your phone, and use the Sage 50 Accounts Mobile Sales app on your tablet.
