I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Decisions, decisions, decisions. Think about your life and how you make decisions, whether taking a trip, buying a house, or deciding where to eat dinner. Chances are you research and look at multiple pieces of information before making the decision. You need to look at the price, the past experience, and the extras (for every vacation I take, boarding my dogs costs as much as airline tickets!) before you can make the best decision. The good thing is that as an individual it’s a bit easier to get your arms around the necessary parts and pieces. In a business, especially a large business, this can be much harder.
