It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The key to understanding a potential problem is learning how to ask the right questions. A great tool for this is the Phoenix List, a list of questions the CIA developed to help with tough or cold cases. It’s useful when looking at a current opportunity where iteration or innovation is needed but you or the team are stumped. Let’s start at the beginning: What is the problem?
