Shot-putting a package caught on video. Misleading sign retweeted. Crotch shot tweeted. Robotic responses. Ignoring comments. All became social media meltdowns. Some got the expected reaction, but others were unexpected.
Social media is unpredictable. Social media is explosive. Social media often outpaces time itself. Social media can be risky for organizations.
