It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Spring Cloud and the microservices world
This project provides a set of tools to deal with distributed applications. Spring Cloud is mainly used within the microservices world, which we will review in depth in Chapter 8, Microservices. This project is composed of modules that offer different functionalities, which can be embraced all at once or one by one, depending on your needs. Let's briefly review some of the most common modules available in Spring Cloud, and look at how they work.
