I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Vertical scalability
We use vertical scaling by adding resources (such as the RAM, CPU, or hard disk) to the node or server, and so on, to process more requests for our system. One common practice that I saw is that it adds more hardware to the database server to better perform the multiple connections that are using it; we can only scale a service by adding more resources, as the following diagram shows:
