I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
2.3 Coping with change
Change is inevitable in all large software projects. The system requirements change as businesses respond to external pressures, competition, and changed management priorities. As new technologies become available, new approaches to design and implementation become possible. Therefore whatever software process model is used, it is essential that it can accommodate changes to the software being developed.
Change adds to the costs of software development because it usually means that work that has been completed has to be redone. This is called rework.
