I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Step-10 is a largely metaphorical one. Unlike the movies, where Frodo returns to the Shire or Dorothy returns to Kansas, the return of step-10 is often just Monday morning. There are no fireworks. No bunting. No parade around the office with cheers and cake. In reality, the assimilation of what we’ve learned and the taking stock of step-9 is often almost inseparable from step-10 – the return.
That said, the return is a deliberate stepping forward to return to the world. It might just be the showing up for work after an intense workshop, but there is always a recognition that we can’t stay at step-9 forever, regardless of how pleasant it may ...
