I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

We can sit around and hope for change to emerge, but that change may be glacial. Or we can understand change and facilitate something much faster and more efficient. At step-12, the last step of the Change Wheel, we understand all twelve steps and all four phases, and evolution becomes revolution. The difference between evolution and revolution comes down to time and intensity. It’s an evolution when that change is hard to even notice because it’s so slow. Revolution, on the other hand, is a fast, intense, game-changing transformation, and it’s revolution that comes into sharp focus at step-12. ...
