So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Lyle Grant, Commercial Storyboard Artist
Lyle Grant was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in 1965. He graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary, Alberta, in 1989 and then spent six years as a freelance illustrator, followed by six years as an art director. He moved to Los Angeles in 2001. Having worked once through Storyboards, Inc., almost 10 years earlier, he dropped off his portfolio. Fortunately, they had called him back by the time he drove home.
