I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Choose your team
A supercharged team starts with having the best people on the team. But before we choose them, do we need a team? Some tasks can only be done by a team, but others are better done alone. If you already belong to a team, ask yourself if it is truly a team, or are you a group of people working in parallel with each other but without clear goals? Whether you are in a team or choosing one, you can supercharge it.
