I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Find your motivation
Supercharged teams are driven to succeed by a strong motivation for achieving their goal. Even when you have a clear vision for your team, teamwork can be challenging without the motivation to do the work. With a strong purpose, a team will be far more motivated to achieve more together. For some teams, their organisation’s greater purpose will provide all the motivation they need, even if the work they are doing is difficult.
