I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Build a new culture
The difference between an average team and a supercharged team is their ability to recognise the culture they work in and influence it. We all work in a culture, whether that is the type of business, the organisation, the department they work in, or the location. The culture of that environment has a huge impact on what the team achieves. When people say “This is how things are done around here”, they are referring to their working culture, which is made up of all the processes, values and goals of the people in it, how they work together, and even how it looks and feels to work there.1
