So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Get support from leaders
Supercharged teams get support from their leaders. A leader sits outside your team with a level of power and decision-making that will influence your team and its work (rather than a ‘team leader’ who sits in your team). Most teams have leaders who influence our work, whether they are responsible for funding our project, approving key decisions or giving valuable advice. If your team’s work is not sponsored by the important and influential decision-makers in your organisation, the efforts of your team may be wasted.
