Dealing with conflict
People who work in high-performance teams challenge each other often, but they do it constructively. Supercharged teams aren’t ‘nice’, they are clever and able to deal with the conflict that is bound to happen, even in the best teams. But when teams work in conflict all the time it is attritional. We must prepare for conflict, as we are likely to disagree over decisions, have personality clashes, and have small misunderstandings.
