I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Perhaps the most difficult aspect of building and running any business is anticipating the future. Certainly, you can assume that some events are likely to happen; although you may not know when. For example, the economy will ebb and flow; when and by how much is more difficult to predict. Knowing that you cannot necessarily foresee the future means that you should at least prepare for it, whether by being extra conservative or by devoting all your time, effort, and money to only one product system or market.
