So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

25.1 Introduction to reproducible research
The final capability that organizations require in Big Data algorithms is the ability to set up and structure reproducible research. Reproducible is the idea that the entire algorithm development and research process, including data, methods and code, should be made available to others, so that the research can be independently verified and replicated. This allows others to check the validity of the algorithms that have been developed and build upon the findings. In practice, reproducible research often involves making data, code and other materials openly available, and providing detailed documentation of the methods used in the research.
