The EQ-i 2.0

Since the development of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i), a number of surveys and testing procedures have appeared that claim to evaluate emotional intelligence. But it takes several years of research and development to develop a serious test, one that can be trustworthy and effective in the workplace, in schools, and in therapeutic settings.
