Step 1: experience great coaching yourself
The crucial first step is to experience good coaching yourself. Ideally, you would go one better than that and feel the full-on astonishing experience of working with a great coach.
So, how do you find one?
1. Word of mouth
If something horrid happened and you had to find the very best lawyer in the business, how would you do it? Exactly – you’d ask around for recommendations. Do the same to find a coach.
