1. motivation is warped, and
2. stuff needs to change, but
3. change is hard.

So how do we kickstart the process of meaningful progress and change?

Constructive Discontent

‘Constructive discontent’ is a fancy way of describing the gap between our present state and our desired future state. This can be explained on the back of a napkin. The explanation will of course be flawed but, like most models, still useful.
