So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Small Ponds or Puddles for Reflections
You don’t need a big, epic lake to get great reflections—you only need a small pond or even a tiny puddle of water. The trick is to get your camera just a few inches above the puddle, so the reflection in the puddle becomes your entire foreground. This works better than you’d imagine, and you can get that mirror reflection right on the money. Before we dig into how to do this, I recommend doing a quick test with your phone’s camera to see how well this is actually going to work.
