When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Where to Focus
If you’re using an f-stop to keep everything in focus from front to back (something like f/11 or f/16), you’ll want to make sure you focus on the right spot to get the most of that depth, and that spot is about 1/3 of the way into the shot. Usually, we choose something on the ground in the foreground to focus on (and that will probably mean moving the focal point in the center of your viewfinder down to that spot on the ground), but of course, it depends on the photo. Regardless of what is in the frame, that’s what we’re looking to do—focus on something 1/3 of the way into our frame.
