I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Purpose of Process
job of process is to take care of 0OI and 1OI. The job of the human develop-
ers is to take care of 2OI and 3OI.
This, incidentally, is exactly what engineers and developers want pro-
cess to do. The fact that they often view process as preventing them from
being creative (read: learning new things) is a legitimate criticism of pro-
cess as it is often done.
The Problems of Process
The logic chain we have been pursuing follows like this:
1. Software is a knowledge storage medium.
2. Therefore, software itself is not a product.
3. The real product is the knowledge contained within the software
(and the work products necessary to deposit the knowledge effec-
tively in the software).
