I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

we have seen, it is the increase in 2OI in systems that is causing much of
our need to modify our development practices.
ASD uses a “change-oriented life cycle” that has three components:
1. Speculate or explore the options.
2. Collaborate cyclically using a variety of skills and team capabilities
to “grow” the understanding of the system and its solution.
3. Learn, or perhaps more pointedly, usefully extract what has been
learned to allow the knowledge to be used to create the system.
These components have sub-activities as described next.
