As the name suggests, the Preset Manager manages all the presets in Photoshop: brushes, swatches, gradients, styles, shapes, patterns and tools. This is where we organize, delete and save our presets. One of the reasons for using the Preset Manager is to only display the presets you want to use. In the Styles panel for example, Adobe provides a series of pre-defined style—and it’s questionable if you’d ever be likely to use many of them. Personally, I’d rather only see options that I’m likely to use, and that’s where the Preset Manger comes in.
1. Choose Edit > Presets > Preset Manager to organize existing presets and save new presets (Figure 6.31).
