Shadows/Highlights
Although Shadows/Highlights is in the Image > Adjustments menu, technically it operates as a filter. (As an aside, this means that you can apply it as a Smart Filter.) Click the Save button in the Shadow/Highlights dialog to create a preset from the current settings.
