This Item asks for data on factors such as quality,
timeliness, convenience, and other important fac-
tors that link back to customer needs and require-
ments. An airline might report on-time landings; a
hospital would provide clinical outcome measures;
a school might report student test scores or gradu-
ation rates, and a business might report service
problems or defects found in products. This Item
also asks for data on key process measures such as
productivity, waste, production, supplier perfor-
mance, and performance on major projects. Each
