When two individuals connect on LinkedIn, they have to go through an introduction or connection request process—it’s a little different for Company Pages. As the administrator of a Page, you don’t have to approve any requests for individuals to follow your company. All they have to do is click “Follow” in the top right corner of your Company Page.
