I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A Definition for Operational Excellence
The term “operational excellence” has been used a lot throughout the book; however, there has yet to be a chapter devoted to it. Now that you have much more context to work with, we can discuss operational excellence as a well-demarcated state and not some vague aspiration. Until now, discussion of operational excellence was mostly ephemeral. This chapter takes a more concrete look at what operational excellence is.
