About the Author

Arthur V. Hill is the Associate Dean for MBA Programs in the Carlson School of Management and the John and Nancy Lindahl Professor for Excellence in Business Education in the Operations and Management Science Department at the University of Minnesota. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Indiana University, an M.S. in Industrial Administration, and a Ph.D. in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
