Fingerprint Biometrics
The fingerprint is one of the most commonly used traits in biometric applications
due to its high durability and distinctiveness.
Fingerprint sample analysis can be performed at the global (Level 1), thin
(Level 2), and ultra-thin (Level 3) levels. Many studies have examined techniques
based on different analysis levels and designed to perform every step of the biomet-
