DatePicker

DatePicker, shown in Figures 14.17 and 14.18, looks simplistic. On a PC, it’s just three ComboBoxes stuck together for selecting a month, date, and year. On a phone, it’s a TextBox that, when tapped, fills the screen with three controls similar to the ComboBoxes. But this is definitely a control you don’t want to implement yourself, as handling dates correctly for all cultures is tricky.
