I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
App Data
App data refers to any persistent data that an app reads and writes “privately.” An app’s settings or a game’s high scores are an example of this type of data. App data normally does not get directly exposed to users, and one app cannot view such data from another app. Most importantly, when an app is uninstalled, all of its app data automatically gets deleted as well.
There are two types of app data: app settings and app files. Access to both of these mechanisms is available via the Windows.Storage.ApplicationData class.
Don’t use app data for storing usernames and passwords!
