You don’t write a book like this without a lot of help. While most of the people on this list knew nothing of my project, they are why I came to write it. It is either their collaboration, counsel, encouragement, or inspiration that I want to gratefully acknowledge. And for many, the results-generating work we did together.

Some are agency types that I was lucky enough to work with over the years. Others are the clients who chose to work with us. And others, still, are people I’ve met throughout my career who in one way or another left their mark, and in so doing, left me better.
