Labeling and framing: making people see things your way

The terms marketers use to describe their audience and their products can impact buying decisions. When people are labeled as part of a group, they behave consistently with that group. To increase sales, label your target as part of a group that would naturally buy your product or service. And when describing that product or service, use words that frame it in a way that makes it more appealing, or that prompts your prospect to view it in a new light.
