So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Setting Up the Web Server
WAP files also have their own special MIME types. WAP MIME types enable servers to know what to do with the data when it arrives.
Most Web servers already contain the correct MIME types for common file formats (such as those listed previously). However, because WAP is a new technology, most Web servers are not set to include WAP MIME types. For the time being, developers must configure their own servers. Table 2.2 lists the WAP MIME required for WAP development.
