It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

WMLScript is a client-side scripting language, as explained in Chapter 9, "Using WMLScript." For your reference, this appendix lists all the functions supported by WMLScript (as per the WAP 1.2 specification) with descriptions and examples of each. Please note the following:

WMLScript functions are members of function libraries, and function names are always specified as library.function (for example, String.length()).
