I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Michael L. Tushman is the Paul R. Lawrence, M.B.A. Class of 1942 Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Previously he was the Philip Hettleman Professor of Management at the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. Professor Tushman has also been a visiting professor at MIT and INSEAD. He has extensive experience in action-oriented executive education efforts, and he has consulted with organizations worldwide on leading strategic innovation and change. Professor Tushman and Charles O’Reilly codirect Leading Change and Organizational Renewal, an executive program jointly offered by Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School.
