I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

We’re a relatively new company; however, we’ve grown fast and have customers and partners all over the world. We now have employees in many different geographies; we recently acquired a company that expands our geographic footprint, and we are likely in the next several years to expand even more globally. As we continue to grow, I need to ensure I develop a team that reflects the world in which we do business.
