The Why Conversation
So far, we have added tools to our conversational toolkit that can help us to build trust and reduce fear. These techniques address issues that prevent collaboration and reduce problem solving that might trap any team in the factory mind-set. Removing barriers to success was our first goal, but with the next tool, we begin the process of building up a positive framework for our team to work within.
