Performing a Green-Screen Edit
In order to make a green-screen shot work, you need two different clips, the
foreground and the background. When creating such an effect in iMovie, you
must add the background first.
1 Choose File > New Project, or press Command-N to create a new project.
Name the project Green Screen Example, leave the aspect ratio at 16:9, do
not select a theme, and click Create.
The new project is opened in the Project Browser.
2 In the Event Library, click the Greenscreen Shots Event you created in
Lesson 7.
The two shots are loaded into the Event Browser.
