Abstract
Application Administrators and organizations that license software from a third-party vendor are in a long-term relationship with the vendor. This chapter describes licensing models like single-user license, server license, per-processor license, concurrent user license, and per-seat licenses. What support does the vendor offer for their software? Alternatives to vendor support are described.
