I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The Author
Margo Murray is president and chief operating officer of MMHA The Managers' Mentors, Inc., an international consulting firm established in 1974. She received a B.S. degree (1963) from California State University, Sacramento, in business administration; and her M.B.A. (1977) from John F. Kennedy University in advanced management theory.
Murray's main research and professional contributions have been in organizational needs assessment and in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating performance systems. Her innovations include originating the facilitated mentoring process and applying a criterion-referenced approach to management skill development.
